ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Fortitude Valley showroom team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while building a high-performing team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You’ll take ownership of showroom operations, sales performance, and team development while delivering exceptional customer experiences that build long‑term client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage showroom sales and operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve peak performance
- Process orders and manage client inquiries through Shopify with precision
- Oversee showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
- Build future growth plans within the Brisbane market
- Establish relationships with local interior designers, architects and related creative industry
ABOUT YOU
- Proven showroom or retail management experience (preferably furniture/premium lifestyle brands)
- Strong leadership and sales coaching skills with track record of exceeding targets
- Passion for exceptional customer service and design/furniture interest
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with solutions‑focused mindset
- Must be available to work one weekend day per week
- Keen eye for detail and brand presentation standards
- Experience in the furniture or aligned industry
