Showroom Sales Consultant – Casual | Byron Bay
We're looking for a Casual Showroom Consultant available weekends and weekdays.
You’ll help customers choose furniture for their homes. That means getting to know their space, style and lifestyle, recommending the right pieces, and following the sale through from first visit to purchase. It’s a sales role with targets, and commission is uncapped, so your effort pays off.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers and give them personal styling and product advice
- Turn enquiries into sales and add value with considered add-ons
- Follow up quotes, samples and undecided customers
- Build a client book of repeat customers and referrals
- Keep the showroom looking immaculate and on-brand
- Keep customer and sales records accurate in our CRM
About you
- Experience in sales-focused retail, such as furniture, homewares, fashion or luxury
- Comfortable working to targets and owning your results
- Warm and confident, and you build rapport easily
- Organised, with great follow-through
- A real interest in interiors and design
- Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays
- Furniture industry experience is a bonus, but not essential. We'll teach you the product.
