About The Role
We’re currently seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our operations in Pittsworth.
This is a full-time role, working on a rotating 7-day fortnight roster that includes every second weekend.
Shifts are scheduled between 5:30am and 5:00pm, depending on daily operational needs.
- Daily Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Perform pre-operative checks, and ensure equipment is set up to ensure production timelines run to schedule.
- Grade Eggs inline with the procedures in place.
- Replenishment of packaging.
- Prepare, label or stack finished boxes.
- Following all work instructions.
- Following all food safety regulations and SOP’s.
- Assist in other areas of the Grading Facility when required.
- What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience with production work in the food industry preferred.
- A technical and problem-solving attitude towards food manufacturing is desired.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Flexible in a shift work environment.
- Follow all safe work practices in line with company policies and procedures.
