About the role
We are seeking a passionate, seasoned professional to join our Administration team on a full-time basis 5 days a week. Your primary role will combine receptionist, administration, service bookings and book-keeping responsibilities, requiring a minimum of 2 years book-keeping experience with Xero. Experience with HVAC industry is an advantage but not necessary.
Key responsibilities
- Front line receptionist responsibilities, assisting customers with their enquiries.
- Administration and organising service appointments.
- Customer support communicating and assisting daily with new and existing customers.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable Support: Processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding invoices.
- Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll and related payroll tax reporting when necessary.
- Effective and efficient communication with clients and team members.
About you
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience with Xero
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
- HVAC Industry experience – appreciated but not necessary
