As a Domestic Cleaner (Aged Care) at McKenzie Clean Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment for the aged still living in their own homes in Toowoomba and surrounding areas. This is a casual role, offering you the flexibility to work around your other commitments. 10-15hrs per week, with the potential for growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Thoroughly clean private homes including bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas to the highest standards.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to keep the home clean and well-maintained.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control protocols to protect the wellbeing of our clients.
- Provide a friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to our clients.
What we're looking for:
- Experience preferred but not essential. Training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- A caring, empathetic, and patient approach when interacting with our elderly residents.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and supplies correctly.
