Mc Grath Port Stephens is seeking a Holiday Booking Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and bookings for holiday rentals in the Nelson Bay area of NSW.
This full-time role works with guests from enquiry to check-out to ensure a seamless holiday experience.
You will respond to inbound enquiries, process bookings, manage the reservation system, assist with check-in/check-out, and support the reservations and customer service team.
