As a Holiday Booking Consultant at McGrath Port Stephens, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and bookings for our holiday rental properties located in the beautiful Nelson Bay area of NSW. This full-time position will see you working closely with both new and returning guests to ensure their holiday experience is seamless from start to finish.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to inbound enquiries from potential guests, providing information on our holiday rental properties and availability.
- Processing holiday bookings and managing the reservation system to ensure accurate data and timely confirmations.
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests throughout the booking process and during their stay.
- Assisting with guest check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
- Maintaining strong relationships with our property owners and providers.
- Supporting the wider reservations and customer service team as required.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role, ideally within the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities to juggle multiple bookings and enquiries.
