Working alongside our Property Management team, you will be conducting routine property inspections and preparing clear, accurate reports for properties across the Buderim, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore areas. A work car will be provided for travel between properties.

- Accompanying a senior Property Manager to assist with entry and exit condition reports
- Identifying and reporting maintenance items or concerns
- Communicating professionally with tenants and our team
About you
- Organised, dependable and comfortable working independently
- Good attention to detail and a friendly, professional manner
- A current Queensland real estate registration certificate or real estate licence
- A current driver's licence
- Confidence using technology to complete inspection reports
- Availability to work through to Christmas
- Previous property management or inspection experience would be welcome
