Mc Donald's Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers & Restaurant Manager
Mc Donald's Carroll Group is looking for Managers with Fast Food / QSR experience to join their team in the Geelong Area.
These roles will suit professional, highly motivated, operations focused applicants who have previous Mc Donald's Management experience or who are focused on the delivery of Mc Donald's Standards, have the ability to motivate a team & also have fun along the way!
Applicants MUST have a minimum of 1 year Fast Food/QSR management experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Shift Management, overseeing all staff and daily operations
- Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work
- Daily Stock control
- Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
- Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times
- Restaurant Manager Only Responsibilities
- Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant
- Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures
- Ability to achieve financial budgets
Skills and Experience
- Ability to demonstrate results/performance
- The ability to train and develop team members
- Proven staff management and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach
- Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
- A focus on policies and procedures
- A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Holds a valid Australian Drivers License and have access to a car.
