With a local history dating back to 1952 and offices in Torquay and Winchelsea, we’ve built our business on strong relationships, local knowledge and genuine care for our clients. We’re looking for someone who shares those values and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our team.

The opportunity

You’ll build relationships with local property owners, secure listings and guide buyers and sellers through the sales process. Working alongside experienced agents and hands-on directors, you’ll have the support of a recognised Surf Coast brand while developing your own profile and client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business through consistent prospecting and relationship building.
• Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations.
• Managing sales campaigns, inspections and buyer enquiries.
• Providing clear and regular communication to vendors.
• Negotiating sales and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Building your profile and network within the local community.

About you

You’re proactive, approachable and confident starting conversations. You follow through on your commitments, take pride in your work and understand that trust is earned through consistent, professional service.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in real estate sales, preferably with demonstrated listing and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
• The initiative to generate opportunities and grow your business.
• A collaborative attitude and commitment to professional conduct.
• The relevant qualifications to work in Victorian real estate.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Availability for Saturday inspections and appointments.
