We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a key role, responsible for driving fleet sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering outstanding service to our business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored fleet solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and service departments, to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent McCarroll's Automotive Group at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our fleet services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in vehicle fleet sales or B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of fleet solutions, including leasing, financing, and aftersales services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
• Valid driver's licence.
• The successful applicant will be well presented with strong communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
