Mc Cabes is seeking a lawyer (1-2 year PQE) or associate (2-4 year PQE) to join our Health team on a fulltime basis.
Your main responsibilities will include defending negligence claims against doctors, nurses, hospitals, and health services; gathering medical evidence, investigating liability, and assessing quantum of the claim; and opportunities to assist in coronial inquests/investigations.
