Graduate Engineers – Civil / Structural & Mechanical

About the Roles
Working alongside our engineering and project teams, you will develop your technical skills and contribute to projects from initial planning and design through to fabrication, construction and installation. You will gain practical experience across mining, industrial and construction projects.
Depending on your discipline, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical documentation
- Supporting civil and structural works, including steel structures, foundations and concrete infrastructure
- Assisting with the design and installation of mechanical equipment and materials handling systems
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Supporting project planning, procurement and coordination
- Assisting with site inspections, quality checks and project reporting
- Working with workshop and site teams to resolve practical engineering challenges
About You
- A recent graduate, or nearing completion of a degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong technical foundations and a practical approach to problem-solving
- A willingness to learn and work across office, workshop and site environments
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Familiarity with engineering design or drafting software would be an advantage
