As a Disability Support Worker at Mayim Care, you help make those moments possible.
We’re looking for people who listen, follow through and see the person behind every support plan. People who bring compassion—and the practical skills to deliver great support.

At Mayim Care, we support people with disabilities to build independence and live fulfilling lives on their own terms.
Our support is personal because everyone’s goals are different. You’ll help participants pursue what matters to them, with their choices, dignity and individuality at the centre.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care, respecting their dignity and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, building trust through everyday interactions.
- Support participants to access community activities and social events.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans focused on each participant’s needs and goals.
- Help create a safe, inclusive environment where every participant feels respected.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A genuine passion for supporting others and a commitment to making a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- A minimum Certificate III in Disability or Aged Care.
- An NDIS Screening Check, or be working towards obtaining one.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- A positive attitude and a dependable approach to your work.
- Experience is preferred, but not essential.
