What do you need to be successful?

• Availability for shifts between 6:30 am – 6:30pm, Monday through to Friday.
• Minimum of a Cert III in Early ChildhoodEducation and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• A valid Blue Card, with First Aid, ChildProtection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
• A working knowledge and understanding of theNational Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF),and Child Safe Standards.
• A genuine passion for early childhoodeducation, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trustedrelationships with children, families, and your team.
• Committedto professional growth and excited to collaborate within a diverse,dedicated team
