Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries from participants, members and other stakeholders, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Process applications, registrations, fees and related documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Monitor program progress, maintain accurate records and track key milestones.
  • Coordinate meetings and committee activities, including agendas, papers, minutes and action items.
  • Support projects, system updates and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with reporting, data management and general team coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support operational priorities and ensure a positive stakeholder experience.

About You

You’re a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment. You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders and taking ownership of your workload.

Background

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, program support or coordination within a professional environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Confidence handling enquiries with empathy, professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A proactive mindset, sound judgement and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience within a membership organisation, education, healthcare or another regulated environment will be advantageous.
