Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their successful and fast-paced sales team based in Mayfield.

About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day commercial and customer support while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day customer enquiries and inbound calls
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
- Follow up quotes and assist in converting opportunities to orders
- Handle customer complaints, cancellations, and claims professionally
- Support Business Development Managers with prospecting and lead generation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
About You
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and confidence using IT systems and CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A mechanical aptitude or interest in technical products will be highly regarded
