Our client requires experienced Female Disability Support Workers who have experience supporting people with mental health conditions and challenging behaviors. This role reports to an Area Manager, who supports and trains you to ensure you deliver exceptional care.

About the Role:
- In home care assisting and enabling participants with daily tasks inc.meal preparation, personal care, and administering medication.
- Assisting with domestic duties around the home.
- Supporting clients in engaging and participating in their community.
- Support and enable participants to achieve their goals.
- Active evening and sleepover shifts
About You:
- Minimum 1 plus years of experience in the disability sector.
- Experience across a range of disabilities, including challenging behaviors, Mental Health, and Manual Handling.
- Minimum Certificate III Disability or similar/higher.
- Good communication skills.
- Empathy for the issues facing people with a disability.
- Strong belief in the principles of Person Centered Practices.
- Highly organized and proactive.
