What You'll Do
We're Hiring | Customer Service & Education Support Officer (Tagalog Speaking)
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Industry: International Education & Migration
- Assist prospective students with course enquiries and study options in Australia and New Zealand.
- Guide clients in selecting the most suitable education pathway based on their goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face consultations.
- Support student admissions by collecting documents and coordinating applications with education providers.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Work closely with our admissions and migration teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Speaks Tagalog and English fluently.
- Is currently based in Melbourne and has work rights.
- Has experience in customer service, sales, education consultancy, admissions, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Enjoys building relationships and helping people achieve their education goals.
- Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
