We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Sales Assistants to join our QVB team.
The role:
- As a Sales Assistant, you will be a Weekend MaxMara Brand Ambassador.
- Full availability is required as it will work on a rotational roster.
- Roster can be split between different locations across Sydney.
- Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales.
- Sound fashion retail experience.
- Must have a "can do" attitude and confidence in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously.
- Motivated and exceptionally organised.
- Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though is not a requirement.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Ideally have experience in sales or cashiering.
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High energy level, with a positive approach to job and group responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts - including weekends.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
