About the Role

We're looking for a Commodity Admin Coordinator to join the team at our Hope Valley animal feed mill. Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, you'll manage the administration behind our grain and bulk ingredient purchases, from receipting deliveries through to reconciling stock and checking supplier invoices. Working across SAP and other industry specific systems, you'll coordinate commodity transactions and reconciliations, ensuring accurate records and timely supplier payments. You'll be responsible for:

  • Processing and receipting grain and bulk ingredient deliveries.
  • Reconciling commodity transactions, inventory movements and supplier invoices across SAP, ProBatch and AgriChain.
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies across deliveries, invoices and system transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records to support month-end, compliance and audit requirements.
  • Working closely with Procurement, Operations and Finance to support accurate and timely supplier payments.

About You

We're looking for someone with solid administration experience who is comfortable working with numbers, systems and a high volume of transactional detail. A background in grain or commodities is desirable but not essential. The suitable candidate will possess:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within supply chain, logistics, accounts payable or a similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, invoices and documentation.
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
  • Good Excel and general systems skills.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and suppliers.
