ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Duty Manager to join our leadership team.
This hands-on role will have you leading shifts, supporting your team, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly, safe, and to a high standard.
You’ll be:
- Leading shifts across bar, gaming, and floor operations
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and setting the tone on shift
- Ensuring compliance with gaming, liquor licensing, and venue procedures
- Coaching, supporting, and developing team members
- Managing service flow, priorities, and problem-solving in real time
- Handling cash, reconciliations, and venue reporting
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety
- Supporting the Venue Manager and Department Heads with day-to-day operations
Availability: Flexible across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Base salary of $79,521.

YOU’LL NEED
- RSA & RP Badge (Essential)
- RSG 1 (Essential) *Support in Gaming Room required
- RSG 2 & 3 (Highly regarded)
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or senior hospitality role
- Strong knowledge of operations and exceptional customer service standards
