MatchWorks is looking for two Post Placement Support Consultants located in either Browns Plains or Springwood who partner closely with participants, employers and internal teams to proactively address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

- Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
- Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.
What you'll bring:
- A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
- An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
- Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
