Mastermyne is seeking a highly capable HSEQ leader to drive health, safety, environment and training performance across our Southern New South Wales operations. Supporting a growing workforce of 200+ employees across multiple sites, you will play a critical role partnering with project teams to embed strong safety culture, improve systems, and deliver measurable outcomes.
This is a hands-on, operational leadership role where your ability to influence, challenge and support will directly impact.
