Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn – Goulburn NSW is seeking a part-time Permanency Support Worker to join the Permanency Support Program, reporting to the Team Leader and collaborating with Case Managers and Clinical staff to secure safe, stable permanent placements for children and young people.
You will work with children, young people, siblings, foster carers and families, providing in-home parenting support, transport to appointments, and flexible in-home and outreach services.
