Marshfield Consulting Services (Marshfield) is a growing construction project management consultancy seeking suitably qualified and motivated Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join the team in Adelaide. More senior candidates are welcome to apply.
Marshfield is a multifaceted consultancy providing procurement, project management, commercial management and other project delivery services to Clients and Contractors of all sizes and types of infrastructure projects throughout South Australia. Marshfield prides itself in actively engaging with clients and employees through a transparent and collaborative end-to-end approach.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this position you will provide services to Clients and/or Contractors on a diverse range of infrastructure projects within South Australia including:
Ensure safe systems of work are implemented in all aspects of your responsibilities.
Provide engineering services including design, contract, construction and procurement management functions within your expanding skillset.
Manage contractors/subcontractors or direct labour to meet safety, quality, program and cost targets.
Manage budgets, compile programs and track the progress of works.
Work collaboratively with Marshfield management.
The projects may involve the construction of roads, bridges, airports, civil structures, utilities installation and other civil construction works. We offer roles with either Contractors or Clients and have positions in Adelaide or working away from home on a roster (where transport, meals, accommodation and site uplifts are paid separately).
ABOUT YOU
Be motivated, passionate, innovative and energetic.
Hold a tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management or similar.
Preferably 3 years or more experience in the civil construction industry either in construction or client-side engineering or project delivery.
Be an accomplished communicator who is confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
Be flexible in working conditions and location
Be willing to learn new processes and skills.
