This Senior Digital Product Manager role will lead one of Mercer Super's most significant digital transformation initiatives: the redevelopment of the public website and digital brand experience. You will shape how customers discover, engage with and trust Mercer Super online, while working closely with the Senior UX Designer, Technology, Content, Marketing and an external digital agency to deliver an intuitive, accessible and high-performing experience.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract initially.
We will count on you to:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the new public website, from discovery and planning through to launch and transition into business as usual.
- Define and maintain the digital product vision, roadmap and delivery plan aligned to organisational strategy and customer outcomes.
- Provide direction for the UX and UI of the new website, ensuring the experience is intuitive, accessible and consistent with the Mercer Super brand.
- Lead search strategy, including SEO, information architecture, content discoverability and AI visibility across emerging search and answer engines.
- Translate customer, business and regulatory needs into prioritised product outcomes while managing scope, risks, dependencies, budget and milestones.
- Establish success measures and monitor product performance using customer, commercial and digital experience metrics.
What you need to have:
- Extensive experience in digital product management, with a strong background in websites, apps or secure portals.
- Demonstrated experience leading technology-enabled delivery to achieve customer and business outcomes.
- Experience working across UX, usability, accessibility and customer-focused design.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities and communicate clearly with a range of audiences.
What makes you stand out:
- Experience in superannuation, financial services or a similar regulated environment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Target and Analytics.
- Experience leading digital rebrands or large-scale website transformations.
- A track record of working with external agencies and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Why join our team:
- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
