Mars Melbourne is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Pet Nutrition team. You will own end-to-end CRM campaigns, turning audience segments into engaged brand advocates across ADVANCE D2C and D2B programs, and help build our in-house CRM capability.
You'll collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand and eCommerce to align CRM with commercial goals, optimize campaigns with SFMC, and ensure robust first-party data stewardship to drive growth and customer engagement.
