Mars is seeking a Factory Activity Manager (FAM) to drive key projects from concept to reality across the ANZ region and affiliates. You will manage stage-gate processes, ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence, and support the regional growth strategy under the S&OP+ framework.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and coordinate stakeholders to keep projects aligned and robust. This role reports to the Portfolio Planning Manager and is based in Bathurst, NSW, Australia.
