An opportunity for a Records Management Officer has become available at an accounting firm on St Kilda Road.
Due to changes within the firm, they are seeking a Records Management Officer to assist and report to the Practice Manager, working as part of the Records Management team on various projects.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Experience in records management, ideally within an accounting or legal practice
- Proficiency in MDS Suite
- Comfortable with learning new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable, flexible, adaptable, with a can-do attitude
- Positive and proactive approach
- Organized with the ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality when handling documents
