The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take hands‐on ownership of contract administration across live projects including:
- Let trades and manage subcontractor packages
- Prepare and process progress claims and invoices
- Develop scopes of work and specifications
- Manage material and contractor tenders and tender packages
- Assist with budgets, financial programming and cost reports
- Liaise with subcontractors and consultants
- Support time, quality and cost control across projects
About You
You will have demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator (or similar) who has worked in Commercial or Multi-Residential Construction. This role offers the support, mentoring and project exposure to help you continue your professional growth.
