Maroondah City Council has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience and Administration Officer. You will work as part of the Customer Experience and Sales Team and provide high quality customer service in the delivery of accurate facility information to guests, handling of customer enquiries, and assist with the department's administrative processes.
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Leisure and Aquatic venues through undertaking a variety of administrative duties in relation to customer service, learning and development, finance, technical and cross organisational support.
The Administration Officer will also support the Customer Experience and Sales Coordinator in retail tasks, staff onboarding, and database maintenance.
