  • Contributing to project profitability by monitoring time vs. estimates and improving efficiencies
  • Maintaining high standards in StreamTime for scheduling, reporting and forecasting
  • Participating fortnightly WIP meetings and daily stand ups

You will:

  • Bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to competing priorities and deadlines
  • Be highly organised with strong planning and scheduling abilities
  • Communicate clearly, concisely and kindly across all teams
  • Make confident decisions to resolve workflow challenges
  • Build strong relationships, balancing empathy with firmness when needed
  • Understand client expectations and the importance of delivery timelines
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying risks and improving processes
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Support efficient, high-quality and profitable delivery of work

Work experience and skills:

  • Self-motivated, adaptable and solutions-oriented
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude
