Marlin Coast Swimming and Fitness – Babinda QLD is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and friendly Pool Attendant who cares deeply about water safety and loves engaging with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure Safety & Vigilance: Maintain constant supervision across the facility, enforce safety rules, and respond confidently to potential risks, first aid situations, or emergencies.
- Maintain Facility Excellence: Conduct water quality checks, assist with daily pool operations, inspect facilities, and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
- Engage the Community: Educate patrons on the Keep Watch policy while delivering friendly, professional customer service to foster a welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: CPR & First Aid Certificates
- Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Working with Children Blue Card
- Australian work rights
- Reliable transport
- Ability to work weekends
If you don’t have your Lifeguard qualification, we’re happy to support the right candidate on their training journey.
