This is a great opportunity to join our growing team as a Client Portfolio Officer supporting the Advisory teams to ensure the timely delivery and implementation of personalised service to our clients.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Utilising software systems to manage client accounts
- Experience in financial planning software such as Xplan
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Working autonomously and as part of a team
About the role
- Data entry into software programs including Xplan
- Manage implementation of advice recommendations
- Prepare documentation and client meeting materials
- Liaise with third party platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assisting with client queries
