You will manage House Managers and Casework staff, ensure service standards, and collaborate with DCJ and other agencies to support children and young people.
The role requires a relevant degree (Social Work or Psychology) and 3–5 years of leadership experience in Out of Home Care or related community services; travel across Greater Sydney is expected.
