About You
As an EALD Teacher, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:
- Knowledge of current, evidence-based EALD pedagogy and English language learning approaches.
- Capacity to assess English proficiency and use data to inform teaching and report on student progress.
- Provide targeted English language instruction across listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences.
- A tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
- Commitment to Catholic education and to gaining and maintaining appropriate accreditation to teach in a Catholic school.
