Required Skills:
- A minimum of 12 months recent experience as a Bogger Operator
- Competence in conducting regular equipment inspections and reporting faults
- Strong skills in managing spillage and sump bogging
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and environmental awareness
- Right to work in Australia
- Valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence
Nice to Have Skills:
- High saftey standards with a zero harm approach
- Ability to identify and enhance operational efficiency
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior experience residing and working in Western Australia
- Relevant certifications in equipment operation
Other Requirements:
- Must be based in or open to relocating to Western Australia, or willing to FIFO interstate at own cost
