You'll have the opportunity to

• Prospect and generate new listing opportunities

• Who We're Looking For

REAL ESTATE SALES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience working in residential real estate sales.

We're looking for someone who

• Has demonstrated real estate sales experience
• Is confident prospecting and generating new business
• Understands the listing, vendor management and negotiation process
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is motivated by targets and achieving results
• Is proactive, organised and accountable
• Has strong local-market awareness or the ability to quickly develop it
• Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply move into another sales job
• Has the ambition to progress into business development and potentially leadership
• Holds the appropriate NSW real estate qualifications/licensing required for the position
• Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
