Supporting rostering, labour efficiency and appropriate staffing levels

Ensuring accurate POS transactions, cash handling and end-of-shift procedures

Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety and RSA compliance

Supporting promotions and initiatives to grow restaurant, bar and local business

Communicating effectively with the General Manager and wider hotel team

You'll be trusted to take ownership of your shifts, make sound operational decisions and ensure our guests receive the warm, attentive and professional service for which Mantra Tonsley is known.

About You

You're an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys being part of the action.

You're confident running a service, comfortable taking responsibility and know how to bring the best out of the people around you. You understand that great hospitality comes from attention to detail, teamwork and a genuine interest in looking after guests.

You will ideally bring:

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

The ability to remain calm, organised and effective during busy services

A proactive attitude, reliability and a willingness to take ownership
