LO Order Picker Operator
About the Role
Manpower is currently recruiting experienced LO Order Picker Operators for a busy warehouse operation based in Truganina.
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused operators with strong LO experience who are confident working at heights within high-bay racking environments. Multiple positions are available across day and afternoon shifts, with Saturday work available and immediate starts from Wednesday or Thursday.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate LO Order Picker equipment safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Pick customer orders accurately from high-bay racking locations
- Complete stock replenishment and putaway tasks
- Use RF scanners to pick, scan and process orders
- Stage and prepare orders for dispatch
- Perform stock movements and inventory tasks as required
- Conduct pre-start safety checks on equipment
- Maintain housekeeping and follow all WHS policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
- Current LO Order Picker Licence
- Proven experience operating LO equipment in a warehouse environment
- Experience working at heights within high-bay racking systems
- Strong order picking and stock replenishment experience
- Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
What's On Offer?
- $36.00 per hour + Super
- Weekly pay
- Morning shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Afternoon shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Saturday shifts available
