Set right on the iconic Manly Harbour waterfront, Felons Manly is where great beer, good food, live music and unforgettable moments come together. From pouring award-winning beers to serving guests soaking up the sunshine by the water, no two shifts are the same. With a packed calendar of live sport, entertainment and weekly events, you'll be joining a venue that's buzzing with energy all year round. We're currently looking for passionate and energetic Bartenders to join our team. With an All In approach, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting quality beverages with consistency and care
- Delivering memorable guest experiences with genuine hospitality
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Working collaboratively with a passionate and energetic team
- Bringing positive energy to every shift, whether it's a busy weekend service or a relaxed afternoon by the water
What we're looking for:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume venue
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits (or a willingness to learn)
- A friendly, engaging personality and guest-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Current NSW RSA certification
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
