Experienced Barber - 4 day week - $40/$45 per Hour
Mane Systems is an established, high-quality men's grooming studio in South Melbourne. We're looking for an experienced barber to join our team who takes pride in their craft, has strong technical skills and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality men's haircuts, including skin fades, zero fades and classic tapers.
Provide styling advice and personalised recommendations to clients.
Create a welcoming, professional experience for every client.
Build strong client relationships through consistency, quality work and excellent service.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional workspace.
Work collaboratively with the team to uphold our studio standards.
About you
Minimum two years of professional barbering experience.
Strong cutting, fading and styling skills.
Excellent presentation and customer service.
Reliable, punctual and professional, with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
Genuine pride in your work and attention to detail.
Australian working rights are preferred.
