- Architect and implement robust Databricks data solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Lead data engineering best practices across pipelines, models, and flows.

- Stay at the forefront of modern data architecture - think Lakehouse, Spark, Azure Synapse, and beyond.
What You Bring
- Hands-on expertise with Databricks and Spark.
- Solid architectural (Medallion architecture) thinking across cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Strong grasp of data modeling, governance, and performance.
- Programming fluency in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
- Leadership spirit and a desire to mentor.
- Bonus: experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, or enterprise migration programs.
