This is a hunting role. You’ll build your own pipeline through cold calling, outreach and follow-up, and that never stops. Once you’ve closed your first deals, you unlock 2 qualified inbound meetings a week from our appointment setters, on top of the pipeline you’re already building. We back the people who show they can win.

The Role

This is a hands‑on new business role. You’ll drive your pipeline from your own prospecting: outbound calls, emails and relentless follow-up. We give you the training, systems, marketing and leadership support. Your activity and attitude do the rest.

• Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, email and follow-up
• Engage business owners and decision‑makers
• Run sales appointments by phone, video and face‑to‑face
• Deliver engaging sales presentations
• Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM accurate
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets

What You Bring

• 2+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
• Media or advertising sales experience (radio, print, TV, outdoor) highly regarded
• Proven cold calling and lead generation experience
• Confidence on the phone and in front of business owners
• Resilience, persistence and a results‑first mindset
• Strong organisation and time management
• Willingness to take coaching and improve fast
• An understanding of how small businesses run (a bonus, not a must)
• Business qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
