We are actively seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor with FIFO experience, ready to embark on an exciting career journey with Mammoet in a full-time capacity. This role is based with our Shutdown team servicing our clients such as FMG, RIO TINTO, ROY HILL on multiple sites across the Pilbara. On offer is a 2:2 structure providing the ultimate 50/50 work-life balance! This position is FIFO from Perth only.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standards in our facilities and work locations.
- Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types across various scopes of work.
- Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements.
- Assessing the safety of jobsite and workplace activities.
- Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training.
- Coaching and promoting our strong SHEQ culture.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience in Mining, Construction, Transport or Heavy Lifting highly preferable.
- Minimum Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety.
- Current Valid Australian Driver’s License.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
- Willingness to work across our Pilbara sites as required.
