Mallesons in Perth is seeking a Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE to join our leading M&A practice. You will work closely with senior partners on complex national and cross-border transactions, across energy, resources, health and technology sectors, and collaborate with our Melbourne and Sydney colleagues.
You will gain hands-on supervision and exposure to a broad range of M&A matters, corporate and board advisory, and equity capital markets, while developing your legal and project management skills.
