Great opportunity to join a National market leader in this newly acquired site based in the southeaster suburbs with onsite parking. Convenient hours of 9am - 5pm + half day on Saturday.
What you will be doing....
- Oversee daily facility operations ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage service level agreements
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage budgets, maintenance records and operational reporting

To succeed in this role you will have:
- Previous experience ideally within facility management.
- Well developed communication and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Commercial awareness and inquisitive nature
- Proficiency with systems in MS office and other finance/CRM tools
- Own Transport
