About The RoleThis role leads planning and scheduling for Construction & Fabrication Activities (C&FA) within the maintenance team. You’ll ensure seamless alignment of project and maintenance execution, driving transparency and efficiency across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead activity placement and planning/readiness for C&FA, ensuring schedules align across projects and maintenance.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise Primavera P6 schedules, aligned with SAP and ensuring traceability of changes.
- Provide schedule oversight for Engineering & Construction contractors, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Drive transparency through Power BI reporting, portfolio tracking, and contractor performance reviews.
- Support project gating, readiness, and integration of C&FA work into IAP processes to maximise production outcomes.
