Our sales cadetship is an exciting opportunity to commence or advance your career in sales and leadership. Depending on experience levels, we will personalise a program to support your transition into a customer facing sales role within our worldwide business.
You can expect:
- Hands on, structured and supported training
- Learning all Transport functions and systems, including operations, administration, customer service and sales
- Exposure to the wider business, including warehousing, international forwarding and local cartage
- Attendance at internal and external sales skills training sessions
- Regular debriefs with the Sales Manager
- Participating in joint calls with the sales team
